Job summary

Shine Children and Youth Services in Singapore invites qualified professionals to join our team as a social services practitioner. The role focuses on casework, group work, programme development, and systems linkage to improve access to resources for children and youth.

You will conduct needs assessments, formulate intervention plans, engage families and stakeholders, and contribute to outcome-based monitoring and research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs and risk assessment for complex/high risk cases.
• Formulate, implement, and evaluate casework intervention plans.
• Engage stakeholders for assessment and intervention.
• Conduct outreach and engage client's family to develop action plans.
• Manage ethical dilemmas with information from multiple sources.
• Facilitate and lead low/moderate risk case conferences in multi-disciplinary settings.
• Utilise theories and techniques and adapt tools for intended outcomes.
