You will organize training schedules, competition entries, events, and team activities, maintain records, and help foster a professional, positive environment that supports youth development and team cohesion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative tasks to support team operations and enable coaches to focus on athlete development
• Communicate clearly and promptly with coaches, athletes, and parents to provide timely updates and information
• Maintain accurate records of training schedules, competition entries, event details, and team activities
• Organize logistics for training sessions, competitions, and events to ensure smooth execution
• Foster a professional and positive environment that supports youth development and team cohesion
• Monitor and follow up on administrative tasks to ensure deadlines and requirements are met
