Job summary

Triathlon Association Of Singapore seeks a driven Sport Development Executive to advance youth pathways, manage events, and drive fundraising initiatives in Singapore. The role covers financial coordination, secretariat duties, and close collaboration with athletes, coaches, and partners.

The position requires proactive organization, strong communication, and a passion for sport development, with willingness to work weekends for events and programs across TAS activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sport administration or event management is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor youth and grassroots triathlon programs in line with TAS development framework.
• Coordinate with schools, clubs, and partners to promote triathlon participation among young athletes.
• Plan and deliver youth clinics, camps, leagues, and talent identification initiatives.
• Maintain athlete records, program reports, and progress tracking for development squads.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute youth development events, including training camps and community outreach programs.
• Support fundraising events and initiatives, ensuring smooth operations from planning to post-event reporting.
• Oversee event logistics, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and logistics support.
