Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Understanding of testing concepts.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing flow and yield of a family of devices.
• Sustain and support daily manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
• Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, cost effectiveness by working with Maintenance Specialist and Product Supervisors to achieve overall committed objectives.
• Cross functional; cross department; cross EWS support including global coverage based on prioritization.
• Require performing yield and through put improvement programs to achieve massive test cost efficiency.
• Scope needs to undertake product transfer and modification of test programs to ensure high productivity and quality.
• Effective teamwork and communication with support groups, such as Planning and Maintenance Departments to ensure smooth production and other work areas.
• Lead and/or Participate in the investigation containment plan and solution on day-to-day technical problems affecting production line.
• Practice, participate, lead projects using Lean methodologies
