Job summary

Analog Devices International, LLC Singapore Branch is seeking a highly motivated test engineer to join a fast-growing semiconductor start-up. The role focuses on developing and executing test plans, and providing technical input to multiple teams across product and manufacturing groups.

You will work with contract manufacturers to monitor and implement test plans, verify new tests and test systems, and drive yield improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5–7 years of test engineering experience with microprocessors.
• Strong knowledge of Verigy-93K platform and ARM cores.
• Knowledge of DVS, TTR and flow optimization.
• Experience with pattern conversion tools such as ATEgen and Vtran.
• Experience monitoring test production lines and troubleshooting flow issues at ASE Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans.
• Provide technical input and design guidance to other teams.
• Work with contract manufacturers to monitor and implement test plans.
• Verify and validate new tests, test systems and solutions.
• Provide manufacturing optimization and yield improvement solutions.
• Other duties as assigned by supervising managers.
