Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Yield Enhancement Engineer in Singapore to define and communicate processing and design issues with fast turnaround and accurate analysis.

You will analyze inline/param/probe/experiments data to achieve best-in-class yield ramp and quality improvements. You will work with Fab teams to resolve yield issues using semiconductor physics, statistics, and AI-enabled insights, and you will help transfer next-generation technology to production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of Micron is preferred.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate issues in processing and design to achieve best-in-class yield with fast turnaround.
• Analyze inline/param/probe/experiments data to improve yield and quality.
• Explain and resolve yield issues using statistical/data analysis tools.
• Communicate yield toggles to Fab process areas and support fixes.
• Collaborate with YE groups and cross-functional teams to solve yield problems.
• Publish Pareto analyses of yield limiters for assigned part types.
• Present data clearly in large meetings and train others as needed.
• Support transfer of next-generation technology to production Fab when required.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
