Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a Yield Data Analyst to investigate wafer fabrication yield issues, applying device physics and statistical tools to explain and resolve failures. You will collaborate with Fab teams to fix processes and communicate findings in large meetings.

You will participate in multi-area teams, publish yield Pareto analyses, and support transferring next-generation technology from R&D into production, leveraging strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science required.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact is highly desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates thorough understanding of yield data analysis and Fab processes.
• Explain and resolve yield issues using semiconductor physics and statistics.
• Communicates yield toggles to Fab process areas and supports fixes.
• Interact with YE groups and understand constraints.
• Create/participate in multi-area focus teams to solve yield problems.
• Publish clear Pareto of yield limiters for the part type.
• Present data effectively in large meetings.
• Support transfer of next-gen tech from R&D to production Fab.
