Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of yield analysis methodologies and backend assembly/test impacts on yield, quality, and performance.
• Apply knowledge of semiconductor device behavior to diagnose yield and reliability issues using data-driven analysis.
• Identify yield sensitivities related to process, materials, and equipment and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Process and Equipment teams across functions.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to resolve complex processing and design challenges.
• Develop and maintain Pareto analyses of yield and quality limiters to drive improvements.
• Communicate data findings and provide clear recommendations to meet project timelines.
