• Knowledge in using Xero accounting software to facilitate accounting processes
• Knowledge in using Carbonate software to support financial and administrative tasks
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly financial closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry and conduct bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
• Prepare monthly payroll including salary, overtime, and sales commission calculations to ensure correct employee compensation
• Maintain and update attendance and leave records to support payroll and HR compliance
• Prepare and submit GST tax filings in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Manage the full set of accounts to provide comprehensive financial oversight
• Analyze financial data to support cost budgeting and operational decision-making
• Assist with monthly closing and financial operations to support business continuity
• Collaborate with the procurement department to verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Manage HR administrative tasks including recruitment processes and application of work permits
