Job summary

Lynn Medical is a dermatology clinic seeking an accounting/administrative professional to manage financial closing, payroll, GST filings, and HR support for smooth daily operations.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or related field, at least 2 years in accounting/administrative work, and proficiency in Xero and Carbonate. You will handle full-set accounts, payroll, and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Xero accounting software to manage financial transactions and reporting.
• Proficiency in using Carbonate software for administrative and accounting tasks.
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting and administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly financial closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry and conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare monthly payroll including salary, overtime, and sales commissions to ensure correct employee compensation.
• Maintain attendance and leave records to support payroll and HR processes.
• Handle preparation and submission of GST tax filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage full set of accounts to provide comprehensive financial oversight.
• Analyze financial data to support cost budgeting and optimize resource allocation.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial operations to support accounting accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement to verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support all HR matters including recruitment and application of work permits to maintain workforce compliance.
