Job summary

THE NATURE SPA LYNN AESTHETIC PRIVATE LTD. seeks an experienced accountant to manage full set accounts, payroll, GST submissions, budgeting, and HR duties, ensuring accurate financial and statutory compliance while working independently with initiative.

Location is UBI, Singapore, with a 5-day work week. The role requires initiative and the ability to streamline processes; proficiency in Xero and Carbonate is preferred to support efficient accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role
• Experience in HR functions related to payroll and statutory submissions

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full set accounts to ensure accurate financial records
• Generate payroll and commission reports to support timely employee compensation
• Submit GST returns to IRAS in compliance with statutory requirements
• Develop and monitor monthly and annual budgets to control expenditures
• Manage petty cash budgeting to track minor expenses effectively
• Perform CPF submissions, IRAS annual submissions, IR8A filings, and MOM applications to meet regulatory deadlines
• Execute general ad hoc duties to support accounting and administrative functions
• Handle HR duties including employee records and related processes
• Utilize Xero and Carbonate software proficiently to streamline accounting tasks
• Work independently and proactively to meet deadlines and improve processes
