AIRCOND. NETWORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts & HR Administrator to handle day-to-day finance, payroll, HR, and office operations. You will ensure accurate records, timely payroll, regulatory compliance, and efficient administrative support to leadership.
The role is a hands-on, detail-oriented position requiring integrity and confidentiality with experience in payroll and HR administration within Singapore regulations.
The Accounts & HR Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of finance, payroll, human resources, and office operations. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely payroll processing, regulatory compliance, employee administration, and administrative support to management. The position serves as a critical support function for the business and helps maintain operational efficiency, compliance, and financial control across the organization.
Generate customer invoices and monitor collections and debtor ageing
Follow up with customers on overdue payments and maintain accurate customer records
Process supplier invoices and verify invoices against purchase orders and approvals
Prepare payment schedules and liaise with suppliers regarding payment matters
Process bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly payroll and verify salaries, claims, overtime, allowances, and deductions
Process CPF contributions and prepare IR8A and annual tax reporting records
Manage employee onboarding, maintain employee personal files, and coordinate offboarding processes
Maintain leave records, process leave applications, and monitor annual leave balances
Prepare and submit MOM applications and manage Employment Pass renewals
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting and administration
Experience in payroll processing
Experience managing HR administration
Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations
Accounting software experience (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or equivalent)
Payroll software experience
Microsoft Excel proficiency
High integrity and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail, organized and systematic approach
