Job summary

SG ENVIRO PTE LTD is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Jurong Island to carry out general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on WWTP equipment and facility structures. You will ensure all related systems operate at optimum functionality and reliability, while adhering to safety and statutory requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, a technical diploma, and familiarity with CMMS and inspection work.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma qualification in Maintenance or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Familiar with maintenance and inspection work.
• Familiar with terminal equipment and assets.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks and activities, including standard maintenance and repair works such as preventive and corrective maintenance, effectively and efficiently at site.
• Ensure all site activities are performed in accordance with maintenance work procedures, OEM manuals, and Company standards to maintain site quality, asset integrity, and operability.
• Ensure all site activities are performed in accordance with local statutory requirements and Company safety processes to achieve good safety performance and records.
• Report any problems or issues relating to site equipment and facilities.
• Process Permit-to-Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), or execute the Defeat of Safety Critical Equipment (DOSCE) during associated maintenance activities.
• Participate and contribute to the review of maintenance documentation, such as Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and What-If Analysis.
• Maintain work progress status and report to the Supervisor on a daily or ad-hoc basis.
• Perform Work Executor functions in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) workflow to receive, update, and close assigned Work Orders and checklists.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring that contractors and third-party vendors execute maintenance tasks and activities effectively and efficiently at site.
• Ensure contractors carry out tasks and activities in accordance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and Company standards.
