Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) lead in Singapore's construction sector.

You will implement and monitor WSH, HSE and environmental management systems to ensure statutory compliance and company standards. The role requires 3–5 years of construction-related experience and relevant certification (RWSHO & RECO). You will conduct site inspections, deliver safety training, and coordinate with authorities to uphold high safety performance and continuous

• RWSHO & RECO certification with 3–5 years in construction.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor WSH, HSE and environmental management systems.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
• Provide safety coaching and training to workers and stakeholders.
• Develop safety programs, PTW requirements and emergency plans.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with project teams and authorities on regulatory matters.
• Advise on safety performance and improvement measures.
• Maintain HSE records and timely reports.
• Support audits and certifications.
• Perform other HSE duties as assigned.

Job description

• Company located at Tuas

• Salary Range: $6000 - $7500

• Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday), 8am – 12pm (Saturday)

Job Scope

• Implement and monitor project WSH, HSE and environmental management systems in compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and compliance checks.
• Provide safety coaching, training, briefings and guidance to workers and project stakeholders.
• Develop and implement safety programs, PTW requirements, emergency response plans and environmental control measures.
• Investigate incidents, identify gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with project teams and relevant authorities on WSH, environmental and regulatory matters.
• Advise Project Managers/Directors on safety performance and improvement measures.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports and performance data, including timely submissions.
• Monitor implementation of safety and environmental requirements and support HSE initiatives, audits and certifications.
• Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Workplace Safety and Health, or equivalent
• RWSHO& RECO with 3- 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.
