EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an HSE professional to implement and monitor project WSH, HSE and environmental management systems across sites in Singapore.

You will conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments while guiding workers and stakeholders on safety practices. You will develop safety programs, manage permits to work, emergency plans and environmental controls, and investigate incidents to drive preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent.
• RWSHO & RECO with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor project WSH, HSE and environmental management systems in compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and compliance checks.
• Provide safety coaching, training, briefings and guidance to workers and project stakeholders.
• Develop and implement safety programs, PTW requirements, emergency response plans and environmental control measures.
• Investigate incidents, identify gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with project teams and relevant authorities on WSH, environmental and regulatory matters.
• Advise Project Managers/Directors on safety performance and improvement measures.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports and performance data, including timely submissions.
• Monitor implementation of safety and environmental requirements and support HSE initiatives, audits and certifications.
• Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned by management.

Formation

Diploma / Degree in Workplace Safety and Health, or equivalent

Salary Range: $6000 - $7500

Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday), 8am – 12pm (Saturday)
