Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a valid WSH Coordinator (WSHC) certification.
• Relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health requirements on-site.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures, risk assessments and SWPs.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and site orientations.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors for safety compliance.
• Follow up on safety observations and corrective actions.
• Assist in incident, accident and near-miss investigations.
• Maintain safety records and inspection reports.
• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors and subcontractors on safety matters.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, HDB and other safety requirements.
