Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore is seeking a WSH Coordinator to coordinate and implement workplace safety and health requirements on the HDB project site. You will conduct regular site safety inspections and monitor compliance with safety procedures.

You will lead toolbox talks, manage safety records, and liaise with the Project Manager and subcontractors to ensure MOM and HDB compliance, incidents investigations, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid WSH Coordinator (WSHC) certification.
• Relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health requirements on-site.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site safety orientations.
• Monitor safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.

• Follow up on safety observations, corrective actions and rectification works.
• Assist in incident, accident and near-miss investigations.
