Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. on a HDB project in Singapore seeks a WSH Coordinator to oversee safety compliance and implement requirements on-site.

You will conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, site orientations, and monitor workers and subcontractors for adherence to MOM and HDB regulations.

Applicants should hold a valid WSH Coordinator certification and have construction experience in Singapore; HDB project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid WSHC certification.
• Relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore.
• HDB project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health requirements on-site.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site safety orientations.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Follow up on safety observations, corrective actions and rectification works.
• Assist in incident, accident and near-miss investigations.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports and other WSH documentation.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, site supervisors, subcontractors and relevant parties on safety matters.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, HDB and other relevant workplace safety and health requirements.
