Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Safety Coordinator (Construction) to oversee site safety compliance and coordinate WSH practices across projects.

You will lead daily inspections, enforce RA, SWP and PTW, conduct inductions and toolbox talks, investigate incidents, and help drive continuous safety improvements on site. This role requires strong teamwork and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and company safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
• Prepare and maintain WSH documentation, reports, and safety records.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety audits and promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
