Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Officer to support the WSH Manager across project sites in Singapore. You will conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with WSH regulations and safety policies, and lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.

Travel to assigned sites island-wide is required. Candidates should have an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) and 1–4 years of relevant experience in construction or renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• 1–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, A&A or renovation projects.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations and construction-site safety practices.
• Comfortable working and travelling to project sites island wide.

Responsibilities

• Assist the WSH Manager in ensuring site compliance with WSH regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct site inspections and address unsafe acts, conditions and work practices.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with safety procedures, PPE and housekeeping requirements.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings and site briefings.
• Prepare and maintain Risk Assessments, permits, inspection records and other safety documents.
• Assist in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure inspection records for lifting gear, appliances and electrical equipment are up to date.
• Prepare monthly safety reports and support safety audits.

Salary: $3,700–$5,200 +AWS + VB

Reporting Location: Aljunied HQ

Work Location: Assigned project sites across Singapore
