Job summary

114 SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a WSH Coordinator to support the implementation of workplace safety systems at our West Region site.

The 4-month contract runs 5.5 days a week, with hours 8am–5pm (Sat 8am–12pm) and start on short notice. You will perform site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits, coordinate with managers and authorities, and maintain safety records to ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.

Qualifications

• Mandatory WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• Within 2 years validity WSH Coordinator Refresher Training Course.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as WSH Coordinator.
• Solid knowledge of Risk Assessment (RA) principles.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must demonstrate punctuality and good attendance to contracted hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of WSH management systems in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely implementation of control measures.
• Facilitate toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation such as RA, incident reports, inspection records, and safety training logs.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and authorities on all safety matters.
• Monitor site activities to ensure ongoing compliance and enforce safe work procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure readiness at all times.
