Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE LTD is recruiting for a WSH Coordinator / WSH Supervisor to oversee safety management across multiple Singapore sites. You will participate in risk assessments, conduct safety trainings, and ensure daily compliance with WSH regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a Degree/Diploma in WSH and have 3–5 years of relevant building construction experience. Monthly salary ranges from SGD 3,200 to SGD 4,200, with AWS and a performance bonus; 6-day work week and hours 8:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Building Construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in the Risk Management Team.
• Conduct EHS training and toolbox meetings.
• Conduct regular site checks, compile relevant reports and records, and carry out daily safety inspections.
• Prepare necessary safety reports as requested.
• Supervise and check site work. Ensure all lifting gears, appliances and electrical equipment are inspected and records are kept up to date.
• Implement rules and regulations for in-house workers' dormitories.
• Maintain a daily working relationship with the WSH team, line management, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with WSH and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents and prepare monthly safety reports.
• Perform duties in accordance with the roles and responsibilities stated in the Workplace Safety, Health and Environment Management System.
• Liaise and work closely with contractors.
• Monitor workers' training, enrolment and updates for all workers' related courses or matters as directed by the Project Director / HR.
• Conduct or assist with new hire onboarding, orientation and/or offboarding, including interviewing workers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned
