Job summary

MENCK PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on technician to assemble, test, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and mechatronic assemblies. You will work with hydraulic components, pumps, cylinders, and electrical elements according to detailed drawings and procedures.

Responsibilities include repairing customer rental equipment, performing preventive maintenance, inspecting parts for quality, and maintaining precise service records. Strong teamwork and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Engineering.
Hands-on experience with heavy-duty hydraulic equipment.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical assemblies.
Ability to read technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, and engineering drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Safety-conscious with teamwork and communication skills.
Eligible to work in Singapore (citizens or PR) encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Assemble and test components and machines according to drawings and procedures, including electrical systems.
Repair and maintenance of customer equipment from rental fleet per plans.
Inspect components for quality assurance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Overhaul hydraulic systems, pumps, and cylinders.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
