Job summary

MENCK, part of Acteon Group, is seeking a skilled Workshop Service Technician in Singapore to support maintenance and repair of our heavy-duty hydraulic equipment. You will perform hands-on servicing, assembly, and diagnostics to keep equipment in peak condition.

The role requires a degree or diploma in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical engineering, plus hands-on experience with hydraulic systems. Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience on heavy-duty hydraulic equipment.
• Must read and interpret hydraulic schematics and engineering drawings.
• Safety-conscious with good teamwork and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on maintenance, servicing and assembly of Menck equipment according to drawings and procedures.
• Repair and maintain customer equipment per maintenance plans.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce risks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in the workshop.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Support SIN Hub projects to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records, technical documentation, and parts usage reports.
• Ad hoc duties when assigned.
