Job summary

Lion City Rentals Pte Ltd is seeking a Workshop Operations Manager to oversee daily workshop activities, allocate jobs, and plan preventive maintenance for a fleet of vehicles. You will monitor downtime, coordinate with suppliers and external workshops, ensure safety, generate KPI reports, and drive cost controls to improve repair turnaround and overall fleet reliability.

• Control parts, repair and maintenance costs
• Monitor technician productivity and workshop performance
• Ensure repair quality and minimize repeat repairs
• Coordinate with fleet operations, suppliers, and external workshops
• Ensure workshop safety and proper working procedures
• Prepare regular workshop and fleet maintenance reports for management
• Prepare daily Workshop KPI report for management
