Private Advertiser is seeking a Workshop Manager with expertise in crane repairs, hydraulics, engine overhaul and electrical systems. You will oversee daily workshop operations and lead the team to ensure safe, efficient maintenance and refurbishment of lifting equipment for projects.
You will plan schedules, monitor productivity and quality, report weekly on repair status, and drive preventive maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with WSH regulations and company standards.
Knowledgeable in crane repairs work, hydraulics, engine overhaul and electrical system.
Overseeing daily workshop operations
Update management on the status of repairs on weekly meeting
Follow up with equipment preventive schedule
Planning and assigning team for daily repairs / maintenance work
Lead and manage all workshop activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, fabrication, and equipment refurbishment.
Plan and prioritize workshop schedules to ensure equipment availability for projects.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
3 years of experience in Crane & Transport maintenance
3 years in a management role
Knowledge of Crawler Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Trailers, Hydraulic systems, Diesel engines, and Lifting equipment
Familiar with WSH regulations
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
