Job summary

Ministry Of Social And Family Development (MSF) seeks a dynamic officer to join ECDA's Corporate Development and Services (CDS) Division. You will help build an enabling, safe, and future-ready work environment and partner with the Branch Head to drive workplace effectiveness and operational excellence.

You will lead workspace planning, administrative excellence, digital workplace management, knowledge management, and business continuity efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in facilities/administration or operations.
• Ability to lead process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead workspace planning and facilities management initiatives with data and staff feedback.
• Oversee administrative services, establish standards and controls for efficiency and compliance.
• Support digital workplace initiatives and technology-enabled work processes.
• Develop knowledge management practices with cross-office collaboration.
• Support business continuity, crisis preparedness and post-incident learning.
