The role emphasizes policy implementation, stakeholder collaboration, agile project delivery, user research, and change management across government and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in incentive/programme/grant administration.
• Experience in communications and change management for large-scale go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and ceremonies, guiding teams through backlog management and sprint planning.
• Stakeholder management (internal and external).
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team with problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to volatile, ambiguous, complex and uncertain environment with multiple and changing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policy/ops policy/operations relating to WT initiatives.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to scope out business requirements and translate into user stories for IT systems.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are translated into systems.
• Conduct user research/feedback to gather insights on painpoints and user journeys.
• Implement communications plan and change management of partners.
• Support SFEC claim operations (including clawback/write-off operations, eligibility changes).
