Job summary

Singapore Business Federation is hiring a Workforce Transformation Associate to translate business priorities into practical workforce actions and implemented solutions. You will guide enterprises to EWTP and CCP/OMIP programmes and SBI offerings, with structured advisory and evidence-based delivery.

The role emphasises disciplined execution, auditable records, and revenue-driven outcomes, offering a competitive base with monthly incentives and clear performance targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Data Analytics, Public Policy, Economics or related discipline.
• Experience in enterprise advisory, business development, programme delivery or capability development is advantageous; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Familiarity with ITMs/JTMs/IDPs/CCPs/OMIP/EWTP and translating frameworks into practical solutions.
• Knowledge of funding pathways (SSG/WSG/IMDA) and related programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and commercial awareness to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Audit-ready documentation and governance compliance knowledge.
• Passion to address manpower pain points with tangible enterprise outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery to identify employer priorities and translate into workforce actions and skills pathways.
• Develop proposals covering consultancy, job redesign and capability development around EWTP pathways.
• Support funding pathways and ensure governance/compliance in engagements.
• Engage employers on transformation themes and translate into structured solution pathways.
• Coordinate programme delivery and capture evidence for validation and revenue recognition.
