Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Workforce Strategy & Operations Manager to drive workforce and operational initiatives within a large engineering organisation. The role is a contract position based in central Singapore, with typical Mon-Fri hours.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, and workforce development projects, shaping standardized processes and frameworks. Strong stakeholder coordination and analytical skills are essential to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/programme management, operations, workforce programmes or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to hiring, onboarding, workforce development and process improvement.
• Review existing workflows and develop more consistent and scalable processes.
• Coordinate standardised interview, assessment and onboarding frameworks.
• Support interviewer training, competency frameworks and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Engage HR, hiring managers, engineers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, communications and status updates.
• Track programme effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

We are looking for a Workforce Strategy & Operations Manager to support workforce and operational initiatives within a large engineering organisation.

Working Hours: Mon- Fri Working Location: Central Job Type: Contract Salary Package: Up to $9000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to hiring, onboarding, workforce development and process improvement.
• Review existing workflows and develop more consistent and scalable processes.
• Coordinate standardised interview, assessment and onboarding frameworks.
• Support interviewer training, competency frameworks and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Experience in project / programme management, operations, workforce programmes or process improvement .
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience developing or improving processes, frameworks or operating models.
• Good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders concurrently.
• Experience working in a technology or engineering environment will be advantageous.
• Exposure to hiring, onboarding, competency frameworks or workforce planning is an added advantage.
