Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Training Supervisor to shape learning and development at our site. You will execute and govern site learning initiatives aligned with Micron’s global standards, impacting team growth, operational excellence, and organizational capability.

You will mentor colleagues, design engaging content with SMEs, manage OJT resources, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and AI-enabled insights while embodying Micron’s core

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or relevant field of studies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire, mentor, and develop team members.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and document control systems.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Development initiatives for production areas and forecast training needs.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and curate innovative training solutions.
• Develop and maintain On-The-Job Training resources and onboarding programs.
• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs; document processes and drive improvement.
• Mentor team members; support performance management and career development.
• Manage training data and publish reports for stakeholders; enable decision-making.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency and quality.
