Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Workforce Development Specialist/Senior Specialist to lead learning initiatives that align with global standards. You will design training plans, manage OJT resources, and drive capability through data analytics and AI-enabled tools.

You will mentor teams, foster continuous improvement, partner with internal stakeholders, and support change management while upholding Micron’s values and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire, mentor, and develop team members.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and document control systems.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Development initiatives aligned with Micron’s standards.
• Develop and manage On-The-Job Training (OJT) resources.
• Design onboarding programs for new hires and provide training support.
• Mentor team members through feedback, career development discussions, and coaching.
• Manage training data and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize training strategies.
• Facilitate change management activities and communicate program updates.
