You will lead projects from concept through deployment, partnering with process owners and automation vendors to deliver production-ready systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking skills.
Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead automation projects from idea to deployment and production release.
Identify opportunities and design automation solutions with vendors.
Collaborate with site manufacturing and engineering teams to improve labor efficiency.
Evaluate ROI, quality, and safety/ergonomics impact.
Plan and manage project scope, budget, and timelines.
Drive AI-enabled improvements and apply best practices in automation.
