You will execute, govern, and manage site learning initiatives in alignment with Micron’s global standards. Your work will directly impact team member growth, operational excellence, and organizational capability.Key Responsibilities:Learning & Development LeadershipImplement and adapt training plans for production areas, ensuring objectives are met. Analyze training reports and forecast staffing/training needs based on business priorities.Conduct learning needs analysis and curate innovative training solutions to enhance both technical and soft skills. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging content.Develop and maintain On-The-Job Training (OJT) resources. Ensure training materials are current, effective, and accessible.Curate new hire onboarding program and provide training support to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process and technical training effectivenessLead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned programs.
