Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior Learning & Development professional to lead custom talent solutions and regional content localization. The role focuses on high-value, tailored interventions that align with enterprise frameworks while addressing local business needs and culture.

You will partner with Talent Partnering and HR leaders to accelerate adoption of learning platforms and drive transformational initiatives across growth sites and new country expansions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering custom talent solutions in complex, global organizations.
• Proven track record supporting high-growth environments, transformation initiatives, or market expansion efforts.
• Experience partnering with HR Business Partners / Talent Partners and senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver custom talent solutions beyond global catalog to meet country-specific needs.
• Rapidly design, prototype, and deploy fit-for-purpose learning interventions and toolkits.
• Apply instructional design practices to ensure scalable, high-quality experiences.
