Job summary

You will design end-to-end experiences across live, virtual, and digital formats, translating business needs into scalable programs that align with enterprise values and strategy.

The role requires 10+ years in L&D, deep instructional design expertise, and strong collaboration with HR partners and senior leaders. A global, culturally aware approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in learning & development or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering custom talent solutions in global organizations.
• Proven track record supporting high-growth environments, transformation initiatives, or market expansion.
• Experience partnering with HR Business Partners / Talent Partners and senior business leaders.
• Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and experience design.
• Strong practical experience using AI tools to design, generate, and iterate learning content.
• Familiarity with modern learning platforms (LXP environments, digital learning ecosystems).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end learning experiences (live, virtual, digital, blended).
• Prototype and deploy customized talent solutions for regional needs.
• Enable culture activation and leadership development through on-site engagements.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to accelerate transformation initiatives.
