The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, governance, and the development of dashboards to monitor manpower costs, utilisation, and workforce scenarios, ensuring sustainable expansion aligned with service plans.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field and strong analytical aptitude.
• Experience in workforce planning, budgeting, and establishment management is required.
• Proven ability to interpret complex workforce, operational and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year workforce planning and budgeting for the Medical Tower project.
• Forecast clinical and operating manpower needs across departments.
• Perform workforce analytics and scenario modelling for capacity and cost implications.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor manpower utilisation and costs.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, HR, Finance and operations to justify resources.
• Monitor expenditure against budgets and propose optimisation opportunities.
