Responsibilities

Lead multiyear workforce planning and budgeting for the Medical Tower project.
Evaluate clinician manpower requests and align with budget parameters.
Develop data-driven workforce strategies balancing patient care and budget constraints.
Design dashboards and predictive models to monitor manpower utilization and costs.
