• Experience with workforce budgeting, financial planning, establishment management, or healthcare operations planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiyear workforce planning and budgeting for the Medical Tower project.
• Evaluate clinician manpower requests and align with budget parameters.
• Develop data-driven workforce strategies balancing patient care and budget constraints.
• Design dashboards and predictive models to monitor manpower utilization and costs.
