Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to support community-based healthcare programmes in Singapore. You will work with internal teams and community partners to improve residents’ health outcomes and care delivery within the community.

You will coordinate initiatives, analyse data, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in analysing operational data and monitoring performance indicators.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional handling of feedback and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute community care initiatives within an assigned geographical area.
• Collaborate with community partners to address residents’ health and care needs.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with community partners.
• Support operational planning by analysing data, monitoring workload and service demand, and tracking KPIs.
• Recommend and implement operational improvements based on data analysis.
• Develop, pilot, and evaluate new programmes, workflows, and processes.
• Identify and apply technology solutions to streamline workflows.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident experience.
• Manage resident feedback by investigating concerns and coordinating with stakeholders for service recovery.
• Support ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned by management.
• Work independently and collaboratively within teams to meet operational goals.
