Job summary

NTU is seeking a Manager, HR Information System (HRIS) to lead strategic management and enhancement of Workday across the university. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance and business units to ensure HR systems enable workforce planning, compliance and data-driven decision making.

You will oversee configuration, reporting, data governance, integrations, user support, and roll out new Workday features, driving adoption and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Workday or HR technology is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience in a large organisation.
• Proven experience leading HR systems implementation, enhancements, or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence Management.
• Understanding of HR data governance, data privacy, and system controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic roadmap for the University's HRIS, focusing on Workday governance and optimisation.
• Administer and optimise Workday modules, including Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Drive HR systems implementation, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements with clear timelines and budget management.
• Develop business requirements, functional specs, testing strategies, and change management plans.
• Maintain data integrity, dashboards, HR metrics, and regulatory reporting across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage integrations with other enterprise apps, vendor relationships, and IT governance.
