Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Workday HCM Product Manager to lead the Workday suite implementation and optimization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive enhancements, and ensure data integrity and security across core HR, recruitment, onboarding, and more.

The role demands strategic vision, technical depth, and collaboration with HR leadership, CoEs, and local markets to deliver best-in-class HR technology with strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR Systems or HR Operations
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules
• Experience designing, building, or supporting integrations between Workday and external systems
• Strong project and change management skills with cross-functional alignment
• Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed

Responsibilities

• Support the successful implementation and enhancement of the Workday HCM suite by coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met
• Act as functional subject matter expert across the Workday HCM suite, partnering with HR leadership, HRIS, CoEs, and local market HR teams
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve user experience, adoption, and system health
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Workday ecosystem including module expansions and integrations
• Own Workday integrations lifecycle—requirements, design, testing, deployment, monitoring
• Collaborate with integration owners and vendors to troubleshoot data flow issues and manage changes
• Maintain integration documentation, data mappings, and inventories for audits and onboarding
• Complete continuing education to increase domain and product knowledge
• Drive process optimization and automation across the HR technology landscape
• Analyze current state solutions and advise on best practices for configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support HR technology and business processes
• Oversee vendor relationships with Workday partners and integrations
• Manage direct reports as needed
