Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology to lead Workday HCM product management, focusing on Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Benefits, and more. The role centers on implementing and enhancing the Workday suite, driving adoption, and ensuring robust integrations across HR systems.

The ideal candidate will manage integration lifecycle, partner with HR leadership and local teams, and continuously optimize processes and data integrity across the HR technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Information Systems, HR, Business Administration)
• 6+ years of experience in HR Systems / HR Operations roles
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules
• Experience designing, building, or supporting integrations between Workday and external systems (e.g., EIB, Workday Integration Cloud, APIs, SFTP, or middleware platforms)

Responsibilities

• Support successful implementation and enhancement of the Workday HCM suite by coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met
• Act as functional SME across the Workday HCM suite, partnering with HR leadership, HRIS, CoEs, and local market HR teams to provide guidance
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve user experience and drive adoption
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Workday ecosystem, including integrations and feature adoption
• Own the lifecycle of Workday integrations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring
