Job summary

Singapore Post is seeking a senior HR Systems leader to define and execute the HR Systems vision, roadmap, and strategy. You will oversee Workday integrations, data migration, and system automation, partnering with IT and vendors to deliver secure, scalable HR solutions in a dynamic environment.

You will lead the HRIS team, drive data-driven insights, ensure compliance, and enable user adoption across the organization through effective stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in HR system implementations, Workday integration management and support.
• Deep knowledge of Workday and technologies such as GenAI and RPA.
• Solid understanding of core HR areas: compensation and benefits, performance, talent acquisition.
• Strong HR data management and analytics fundamentals.
• Proven project management methodologies and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Information System (HRIS) team, providing guidance and direction.
• Oversee the entire HRIS operation, including strategy, implementation, and maintenance.
• Lead HRIS projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Design and implement changes to meet evolving HR needs and ensure compliance.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance across HR systems.
• Analyze HR data and generate reports to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with IT on system integrations and technical aspects.
• Manage contracts and vendors; lead RFPs and evaluations.
• Partner with IT to design, test, and maintain Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP).
