Job summary

Singapore Post Ltd is seeking a senior HR Systems leader to define the HR Systems vision and roadmap in line with the organization's HR strategy. You will oversee implementation, enhancements, and automation of HR systems, with a focus on Workday integrations and data-driven insights.

You will build strong partnerships with IT and cross‑functional teams, drive user adoption of HR tech, and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery of HRIS projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR system implementations or large HRIS programs.
• Workday integration management and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday and related technologies (EIBs, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with HR data management and analytics.
• Experience with GenAI and RPA in HR tech is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into HRIS solutions.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define HR Systems vision, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead HRIS projects, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee configuration, data migration, integrations, and automation.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and procurement on RFPs and integrations.
