Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Workday HCM Product Manager to lead the product management of the Workday HCM suite, including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, and Learning. This role will drive implementation and enhancement efforts, then shift to continuous support and optimization across our HR technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in HR Systems / HR Operations roles.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules.
• Experience designing, building, or supporting integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful implementation and enhancement of the Workday HCM suite by coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Act as functional subject matter expert across the Workday HCM suite, partnering with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and consultation on best practices and optimization strategy.
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve user experience, drive adoption, and maintain system health.
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Workday ecosystem, including module expansions and integration strategy.
• Own the lifecycle of Workday integrations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate with integration owners and vendors to troubleshoot data flow issues and manage changes affecting upstream/downstream systems.
• Maintain integration documentation, data mappings, and dependency inventories for audits and onboarding of new integrations.
