Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd seeks a Workday Compensation Lead to drive Advanced Compensation workstreams within a Workday implementation. You will architect solutions, align onshore and offshore teams, and ensure cohesive cross-functional impacts while meeting client requirements.

You will mentor teams, advise on industry best practices, manage stakeholders, and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager as the project progresses toward compliant compensation configurations.

Qualifications

• Existing and up to date Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday HCM implementation.
• Workday Advanced Compensation implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Advanced Compensation workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Advanced Compensation.
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Manage small on and off-shore functional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday Advanced Compensation solutions to ensure cross functional impacts are considered
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
