Tech Aalto Pte ltd in Singapore seeks a Workday Lead Consultant for HCM & Recruitment. You will lead the Recruiting workstream on Workday implementations and collaborate with clients to meet new requirements.

Responsibilities include configuring Workday Recruiting, supporting regulatory reports, guiding onshore/offshore teams, and providing status updates to the PM while advising on best practices.

Qualifications

Active Workday Partner Certification is required.
Minimum 3 years of Workday HCM implementation experience.
Workday Recruiting implementation experience required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Lead or support the Recruiting workstream on a Workday implementation project.
Work with the client to support new requirements for Recruiting.
Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
Provide support for legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
