Job summary

Qualifications

Existing and up to date Workday Partner Certification.
Minimum of 3 years of Workday HCM implementation.
Workday Recruiting implementation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead or support the Recruiting workstream on a Workday implementation project.
Work with client to support the new requirements for Recruiting.
Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
Manage small on and off-shore functional teams.
Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches and mitigations.
Architect Workday Recruiting solutions for cohesive cross-functional impact.
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
Provide the Project Manager with status updates on overall project status.
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
