Job summary

STRADA SINGAPORE PAYROLL PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of compensation solutions in Singapore. You will partner with clients to streamline processes, improve governance, and support annual cycles including merit, bonus, stock, and incentive plans.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, Workday expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with HCM, Payroll, Talent, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Workday Advanced Compensation Certification preferred.
• Experience in Workday Compensation or HCM implementations/support projects.
• Strong understanding of compensation processes, merit planning, bonus planning, and salary review cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design workshops for Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation grades, merit and bonus processes within Workday.
• Support compensation cycle planning, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Advise clients on Workday leading practices and compensation governance.
• Develop functional specifications and support integration, reporting, and security requirements.
• Conduct testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Core HCM, Talent, Payroll, and Security.
