Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a WMS and systems analyst to translate business requirements into effective warehouse management solutions. You will support end-to-end WMS deployments, configurations, testing, user training and post-go-live support across global logistics operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with WMS implementations, EDI/API validation, and collaboration with Operations and IT. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI, SQL and Python are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, information systems, data analytics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective WMS and system solutions.
• Support end-to-end WMS implementation, including system configuration, testing, deployment, user training and post-go-live support.
• Support WMS migrations, upgrades, change requests, troubleshooting and system enhancements.
• Configure WMS applications and validate EDI/API requirements in collaboration with Operations and IT.
• Work closely with Operations, IT and business stakeholders to improve system adoption and process standardisation.
• Develop reports, dashboards, automation and digital solutions to improve operational visibility, efficiency and data quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through workflow analysis, performance data and root cause analysis.
